Procedures of registration for study abroad

1. General advice: Choose a career, vocational school

Students can get information about vocational study abroad programs in Germany, receive specific advice and career guidance into the program that is right for them.

2. Learn English and take certificate exam

When students do not have enough language standards, they would be tested for entrance and supported to complete their certificates through courses at HHD Academy  (there is a dormitory for students to stay during their studies). 

3. Support in completing, submitting documents and applying for study invitations.

Students submit all personal documents. HHD Academy will take care of procedures to work with the school, the foreign department in the city that the student wants to go. HHD Academy will process and complete the application for students to apply for visa.

4. Submit application to Embassy and support visa application with approximately 100% success rate

HHD Academy will carefully guide students about the documents as well as the visa interview process, support students to apply for a visa as the student’s representative.

5. Arrange accommodation and flight tickets.

HHD Academy and our representative in Germany will arrange stable and comfortable accommodation for students in the host country, and book flight tickets according to the most convenient itinerary for students.

6. Support students in the host country.

In order to ensure maximum benefits for students, HHD Academy will coordinate with the unit where students study and work in managing and supporting students in the host country.
