I. PROGRAM INTRODUCTION

Germany is a prosperous country in terms of economy, science, and technology, and it is home to millions of Vietnamese people who live, study, and work there. Along with the growing demand for restaurant services in Germany, the Vietnamese community in Germany has opened many restaurant chains in various cities. Currently, many Vietnamese restaurants are facing a severe shortage of skilled chefs and have a need to recruit talent from Vietnam. This is a great opportunity for chefs who aspire to work in an advanced, developed country with the highest social welfare system in the world, offering high-income job prospects.

II. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY

      1. Eligible Candidates

Both male and female applicants up to 45 years old.
Health: Free from infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, HIV, etc.
Personal background: No criminal record.

       2. Qualifications

Educational background: Graduated from a vocational/college-level culinary program in Vietnam.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in Vietnamese cuisine establishments.
At least 2 years of work experience in a registered food processing facility.

       3. Language Proficiency: No German language certificate required (training will be provided during the application process).

III. BENEFITS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM

  1. Job Description
  • Assist in cooking, preparing, and following the instructions of the head chef or direct supervisor.
  • Understand the process and create dishes available in the restaurant.
  • Perform ingredient preparation, cutting, garnishing of dishes.
  • Clean kitchen utensils and equipment, maintain general cleanliness in the food processing area.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Carry out other instructions as required by the head chef.
  • Working hours: 9-10 hours per day.

  • Work in restaurants in major cities with a net salary ranging from 1,500 EUR to 2,000 EUR.

  1. Responsibilities

  • 3.5×4.5 cm passport-sized photos (10 pieces, instructions will be provided during the document processing).
  • Work experience confirmation documents:
  • Information about the workplace: name, address, tax identification number, business registration (notarized copy).
  • Employment contract/letter confirming work duration provided by the employer.
  • Social insurance book.
  • Other relevant documents as required by the Visa agency and employer (after passing the initial screening and following instructions).
  • Marital status confirmation.
  • Judicial record certificate.
  • Medical examination certificate.
  • Household registration book, Citizen identification card, Birth certificate.
